“Jeremy was a fabulous realtor! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends! I would also use him again in the future! I am a first time homeowner and Jeremy is the reason I was able to purchase my dream condo! As a first time home buyer, you can imagine the immense amount of questions and concerns I had throughout this journey. Jeremy's professionalism and expertise definitely calmed my nerves and made this process enjoyable! His response time whenever I called or texted him was super fast! He is very informative and up to date on the market. Jeremy was very flexible and generous with his time, allowing me to view several properties around my busy work schedule. “Jeremy was very pleasant and helpful during my process of buying a coop. It was my first buying experience and I was not sure how to handle the process. However, he was patient with me and help break down the process. Not only that, he also helped me focus on what kind of space I wanted and recommended neighborhoods to search in. Even spent the whole day searching apartments that we researched multiple times. And I have to say I am very happy with the location and the experience, thanks to Jeremy!”

“Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and were not familiar with the process. Jeramy was professional and personal! He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. He was truly amazing we highly recommend him.”

“Jeremy is a very intelligent, professional young man. My partner and I were ready to sell our coop apt of 11 years in Westchester. Without a doubt we felt he was the right person to go to being that we were very happy with our previous first home buying experience. Jeremy came to our apt and gave us a very detailed packet with an interactive presentation on the selling process and helped us put our coop apt at the best price possible considering the competition. English being a second language for me, Jeremy made it possible to communicate effectively through the help of my daughter especially in understanding very important documents that required to be signed off in a timely manner. Jeremy is always willing to go out of his way even if it means he needs to review documents in person! I would definitely recommend choosing Jeremy as a real estate. He will never leave you hanging and always answers your Questions even if he needs extra time/resources, he will communicate this, find the answer and get back to you through text/email/phone call you name it! No matter the delays or hiccups in between the job gets done at the end of the day, so thank YOU Jeremy!”

“I have to start by saying literally everything happens for a reason and we are so glad we found Jeremy! As a 1st time home purchaser it was crucial to really understand the process and Jeremy was always a phone call away to answer any and all questions I had. From researching locations for our desired home / appraisal process / home inspections / final walk thrus, to reviewing all paperwork, page by page, and the list goes on. From Day 1 our goal was to close on a home before Christmas 2021 - that alone was a challenge as the market was very competitive with more buyers than homes available at that time. Gladly, Jeremy is very focused on his clients and very organized. He really dedicated the time to write down all of our needs and wants as far as what we were looking for in a dream home and what the deal breakers were as well! Most importantly Jeremy always arrived on time during our house hunting appointments! Jeremy always had that sense of urgency when organizing the house visits and did not waste time on listings that did not check off on our criteria. Long story short - we closed on our home right before Xmas Eve! We were very pleased with our experience and really loved Jeremy’s attentiveness, positive energy, friendliness and willingness to always be available to us when needed! I would definitely recommend choosing Jeremy as a real estate agent especially if it is your first time buying a home. You can be at ease he will explain everything so you understand and make sure everyone is on the same page.”

“We were first time home buyers and were unfamiliar with the process, but Jeremy took the time to answer our questions, day or night. We applied for a rehab loan, so we needed A LOT of help and he was always patient with us. Through every hiccup, Jeremy made sure we were comfortable and it always felt like he genuinely had our best interest at heart.”
